Founded in the spring of 2001, the Pittsburgh High School Ultimate League (or PHUL, pronounced "pull"), acts as Western Pennsylvania's organizing body for high school and youth Ultimate Frisbee. PHUL has grown rapidly throughout its existence and is always working to continue the growth and development of competition in its multiple geographic divisions and among different age groups. Players learn to balance the sport's unique Spirit of the Game with intense competition during league games/ practices and while playing on club teams.
